Next Generation Ministries is a children’s ministry uniquely designed with your child in mind! Kids and students birth through 12th grade will experience, safe, age-appropriate environments where the Bible is taught in a creative and relevant way. Join the excitement and experience a world where kids meet Jesus on their level. Kids love to have fun! We realize that when children have fun at church, they can’t wait to come back; and we value creating exciting ways for children to learn about Jesus.
Age Appropriateness ALL children attend one of our Next Generation Ministry Classes. We are so passionate about kids learning about Jesus in a way they can understand, that we do not allow them into our adult service designed for adults and students 6th grade and older.
Our children environments and lesson materials are created based on the physical, mental and emotional needs of each child. The Bible is the most amazing book ever written! We strive to bring its stories to life through activities and discussions that keep your children engaged. We want all children to love God’s word and understand the value of applying it to their lives.
If for some reason you are unable to put your child into one of these designated classes, we offer a separate Family Worship Center where you may stay with your child and be able to see and hear our service.
Safety We believe that safety is vital as families entrust us with their children each week. Therefore, every child’s name tag is matched to a parent-identification number, every volunteer is screened with an interview and a federal background check and every hallway is monitored with security personnel.
You and your child will be given matching identification wrist bands that are exclusive to your family and your visit. You and your child will need to wear your wrist bands, as they will be matched during checkout at the end of the service. During checkout, you will return to your child’s room and show your tag in order for your child to be released back to you.
A Special Note If for some reason your child were to need you during the service, your family identification code would appear on the screens in the auditorium. We would ask that you exit immediately and look for a staff member who will direct you to your child’s room.
On your way home, be sure to ask your child: “Did you have fun?” and “What did you learn today?”
If you have questions about our values, policies or procedures, please be sure to ask any of our amazing volunteers or staff. We have 4 age appropriate areas for your child to enjoy:
NewBees Nursery (ages newborn to 24 months) Here, we will provide a warm, nurturing environment for your child that will allow you to attend our service with the peace of mind that your child is being cared for in a loving, attentive manner. We have an activity-filled environment created for their developmental needs. In this environment, children begin to learn that something fun happens at church! Lil’ Sprouts (ages 2-3) These children will participate in age-appropriate activities and hands-on Bible lessons that are fun and colorful in an energetic environment. Using a curriculum designed specifically for preschools, children are engaged in lessons that stimulate and captivate their imaginations and provide applicable ways they can begin to live out the gospel in their very own lives. Journey Kidz (ages 4-5th grade) Your child will learn to love church and discover God’s love in a fun, energetic and creative environment. Journey Kidz includes everything from worship songs, exciting games, and creative Bible stories to small groups where relationships are formed and God’s Word is reinforced for every day life. PuLsE is the gathering of the New Beginnings Student Ministry. We’re dedicated to providing a place for students (grades 6-12) to connect with God, with other students, and with older leaders that are dedicated to seeing students grow closer to Christ. We want to engage and reach youth culture, so PuLsE has an environment for students to meet Jesus and grow closer to Him. We’ll see you at PuLsE, and remember, bring a friend with you. It’s too good not to share! Pulse now meets on Sunday mornings at 9 AM in the far gym
